BHALUKPONG, JULY 9 : The two month coaching for boys and girls for the childrens of Bhalukpong circle level has been concluded on Saturday who were felicitated in function held here under the aegis of ‘Bhalukpong fitness’.
Speaking on the occasion, the Bhalukpong fitness Chairman Sanjiv Sagro informed that the two months training and coaching programme to the students under-15 (boys & Girls) has been completed. The coaching programme which began on April 20 has been completed. He said.
Sagro said that the main motto behind the coaching was to better utilize the school vacation period, In vacation period as a means to control the rising drug menace & giving healthy lifestyle and proper utility of the vacation period in Bhalukpong area among youths. He said.
All total of 20 boys & 16 girls were felicitated and a certificate was provided for their completion. The felicitation programme was held at Guest house, Bhalukpong wherein several eminent personality were present on the occasion. He said.
Bhalukpong Police station OC, Inspector Dojum Bagra and BEO T Liyak attended the felicitation ceremony as chief guest and guest of honour respectively. Both the chief guest and guest of honour interacted the students and youth and motivated them to live fit and fine with a healthy body and sound mind. Both also appeal them to play any games and sport and remain fit and lead a healthy life.
Fittest Bhalukpong committee led by Chairm,an Sanji Sagro in his address appreciate Pakke Tiger reserve RFO Kime Rambia, SMO Dr. Tage Neha, Aka Shotuku-Kunu (ASK) Vice President Labii Dususow, Sheriff Nimasow, EAC BHalukpong Kesang Goiba and others.
The boys & girls will be participating the upcoming District level Subroto Cup at Bomdila starting from 15th July 18th July 2022 and also if possible they will play any games and tournament to be held in the area in time to come to remain intact with the games and sort and to become a fine gentleman and able to lead a healthy and fitness life.
The team also lauded the continuous support of local MLA Kumsi Sidisaw in all the activities and all the time for the promotion of games and sports in the area.
Among others the Bhalukpong Govt. Secondary school headmaster B.Gamlin and local leaders and official of Bhalukopong sub-division were present.
The jersey sponsored by local MLA was also released on the occasion.
