ITANAGAR, Oct 03The Survey of India has signed an agreement with the Arunachal Pradesh government which get delayed for undertaking survey of household under the Centre’s SVAMITVA scheme and distribution of property card will began after 5-6 months, Said Union Minister of state for Panchayti Raj Kapil Moreshwar Patil 

The Mos of panchayati Raj was addressing the  newsperson here at conferences hall of the chief secretary at AP civil Secretariat after a review meeting of several central schemes being implemented in the state under the Ministry of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Arunachal State Rural Livelihood Mission (ArSRLM), PMAY etc was held. 

He informed that The SVAMITVA scheme was launched by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj in April 2021 to provide ownership of property in rural areas by mapping land dn buildings by using drone mapping and providing ownership of individual property and record of Rights’ to owners can be done. He said.

The survey of India has an agreement with the ministry and the ministry is doing this work across the country and it will help the local’s residents to obtain loan and other benefits. The schemes in the state is progressing. He said. 

While lauding the implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY),  and as of date 22,000 houses have already been built out of the total target of 36,000 and photos and other were shown today. The state government has ask for the fund for remaining works to complete the 14,000 after the funds released from the central government. he said.

The Centre has sanctioned over Rs 350 crore under the 15th Finance Commission to the state for PMAY with a condition  of 25% in last year but 100% this year audit online by empanelled auditor of guidelines of finance ministry which is has began. He said. 

The central government has kept a provision of digitalization of all panchayats of country and all ZP and GP are being digitalized.  Under Ar SLM I have suggested the officers to motivate women’s self-help groups (SHGs) for cultivation of kiwis and others for value addition for self sustainability and economic up-liftment The MoS said.

After the Narendra Modi government came to power at the Centre in 2014 two crore Women’s joined through SHG and now it has  rose to over 8 is a matter of attachment with womens and SHGs. He said.

Whole of north east has been focused by the Modi government, we pump fund to state government while state government has to implement the schemes though state matching share, I will suggest the CM to implement all those scheme in state. He said.

Central government want that there is no corruption in the schemes and the ministry want that all these schemes are properly implemented and may be due to bank linkage and biometric issues etc and the officers will ensure that the beneficiaries are properly verified through and see that they are properly paid. He said.
