State BJP  team interacted with ITBP personnel at Gelling

TUTING, Dec 28: State BJP Vice-President, Tarh Tarak, State BJP Spokesperson, Techi Necha, Library cell Convener, Porchu Tamin, State BJP Co-convener, Media Department, Nima Sange with other prominent members interacted with the ITBP personnel and villagers at Gelling under Upper Siang district on Tuesday.


The main objective was to perceive the ground reality of the last village of the Indo-Tibetan international border.


The team had an interaction session with the Gelling Block Level Committee (BLC), President Ngorup Tsering, Gram Panchayat Member, Namkha Dorjee, and villagers of Gelling.
The team said, “There are not any problems at the border and they are satisfied with the implementation of various programs and policies of state and central government. However, they expected to improve road communication in the area.


Tarak highlighted the implementation of developmental schemes and their achievement in the state.


He said, “State government under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Pema Khandu is doing a great job for the greater interest of the people of Arunachal Pradesh.”


While appreciating the current state Government, he said, “Pema Khandu is the best performing Chief Minister of India and the current government will be in power for consecutive twenty years in the state.”


He also mentioned that before the 1962 war, 4 kilometers away from Gelling to Kepangla pass was a route for barter trade between India and Tibet.


The party leaders interacted with the officials of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) at the ITBP camp, Gelling about any kind of intrusion from the other side.


The ITBP personnel said that there is no such kind of encroachment in the border area and peace is always prevailed in the region.
Tarak and Necha heartily extend their thanks to the ITBP official for their accord warmth and hostility.


While appreciating the ITBP for guarding the motherland they said, “All the citizens are saluting and bowing down in respect to the Indian Arm Force and the brave soldiers of the country. Today, every Indian is proud of your bravery and valor.”


They also appreciated the villagers of Gelling for their kind cooperation with the Indian Army which is guarding our motherland.
They assured the ITBP officials and villagers of the Gelling that the state government under CM Pema Khandu and the Union government under the dynamic PM Narendra Modi shall boost up all round infrastructure development across the India and Tibet border.
